REverse scanbody (digital lab analog)

The EZ Reverse Scanbody solves this problem through mechanical indexing rather than just optical scanning:

The Problem: Standard intraoral scanners (IOS) often "drift" or lose accuracy over long distances (like a full arch), leading to a bridge that doesn't fit.

The EZ Solution: By using a "Reverse" workflow, you use a physical verification jig or the patient's existing, well-fitting denture as the carrier.

The Result: Because the implants are physically linked and the scanbody is captured in a fix

The EZ Triple-Scan Protocol

Master / Accuracy in 3 Simple Steps

1: The Reference Scan the denture in-mouth

Capture as much gum area as possible to provide a "GPS anchor" for the digital alignment. All the borders , Retromolar Pad, and Palatal Area

2: The Soft Tissue

Scan the EZ H-Cap Scanbodies over the MUAs. This captures the emergence profile and implant orientation without "the swap."

3: The Dentue with Revers scanbodies 360

Scan the denture on the bench with Reverse Scanbodies screwed into the MUAs. This provides the mathematical precision of Photogrammetry without the expensive camera.

For Absolute Bite Accuracy

  •  When performing the first bite scan, move continuously from one side of the arch to the other without stopping.
  • The Benefit: This helps the lab confirm a perfect Maximum Intercuspation (MIP), ensuring your final bridge requires zero occlusal adjustments.

Reverse Scan Body

  •  The most accurate record of an implant's position is often found in a successfully converted, well-fitting temporary denture. At EZ All on X, we’ve engineered a way to turn that denture into the ultimate digital map.
  • The Reverse Scan Body is a high-precision digital lab analog that screws directly into the Multi-Unit Abutment (MUA) cylinders within the patient's existing temporary denture. By scanning the denture with these analogs attached, you bypass the need for expensive Photogrammetry cameras and complex intraoral scanning of individual scan bodies.
